《遙望彼岸》One Body Two Sides

陽陽從小就隨母親離開福州回台灣娘家生活，父親賭博欠債偷渡去了英國打工。這個春天，獨自扶養陽陽的母親不敵生活壓力的困窘，決定暫時將陽陽送到大陸奶奶家生活一段時間，正當他與陌生的奶奶逐漸相知相惜之時，卻傳來了父親在英國被逮捕的消息。

Since childhood, Yang-yang has lived with his mother in her family home in Taiwan after they left Fuzhou, while his father — burdened by gambling debts — smuggled himself to the UK to work. This spring, overwhelmed by financial and emotional pressure, Yang-yang’s mother decides to temporarily send him to live with his grandmother in mainland China. Just as Yang-yang and the once-strange grandmother begin to grow close and understand one another, news arrives that his father has been arrested in the UK.
